and experience in coaching football, basketball, track & field, boxing and wrestling allows my expertise and knowledge for developing the right exercise program for you.
  • Experienced in coaching and instructing scholastic and collegiate levels of sports which include football, basketball, boxing, and track and field.
  • Provide initial Range of Motion and Movement Screen to assess any misalignments of dysfunctions that may hinder the athlete’s ability to progress.
  • Develop an initial program to maintain and potentially improve range of motion while increasing strength associated with your particular sport.
  • Next, deliver a power component in your development that will increase speed and force necessary for excelling in performance.
